Terms of Service

AdZhi Ltd · Last updated: January 2026 · Governed by English law

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AdZhi, you agree to these terms. If you are using AdZhi on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

AdZhi provides acoustic analysis of video advertisements. You upload a video file or URL; we return an analysis report containing acoustic metrics, linguistic analysis, and improvement recommendations. Analysis results are estimates based on signal processing and machine learning heuristics — they do not constitute a guarantee of advertising performance.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AdZhi to:

5. Plan limits and billing

6. API access

API access is available on the API plan (£99/month) and Enterprise plans. API usage is subject to the same analysis limits as the corresponding plan. We reserve the right to throttle API requests that exceed reasonable usage patterns. API keys must not be shared or embedded in client-side code.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all video files and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant AdZhi a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the analysis service. Raw files are deleted after analysis. We do not use your specific ad content for training without explicit opt-in. Anonymised acoustic signal data (metric values, not content) may be used to improve our models.

8. Our IP

AdZhi, Voice IQ, CTA Momentum, Hook Decay Rate, Persuasion Half-Life, and other named metrics are trademarks of AdZhi Ltd. The acoustic analysis pipeline, metric definitions, and analysis output formats are proprietary. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our analysis methodology without a written licence.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

AdZhi is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will achieve any particular advertising outcome. Acoustic analysis results are directional guidance, not performance guarantees. Phase 1 predictions are heuristic estimates; Phase 2 predictions will be model-based. We are transparent about which is which.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdZhi Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to AdZhi in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email with 14 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
