Common questions

Is AdZhi accurate enough to trust?
The acoustic and visual signals are measured directly from the file — pitch, energy, disfluency, cut rate, caption coverage. These aren't opinions; they're measurements. The AI-scored elements (hook quality, persuasion structure) use a self-critique loop and carry confidence intervals so you can see what's well-established vs. still being validated. We're transparent about the difference. As more brands connect their real ROAS and CTR data, the predictive accuracy improves.
How is this different from just watching the ad myself?
Watching an ad tells you how it feels. AdZhi tells you what's happening acoustically at exactly which second — CTA delivered at 68% of your average energy at 00:24, for instance. The difference is specificity. "Something feels off about the CTA" is a gut feeling. "Re-record from 00:24 with 20% more energy" is a brief. That specificity is what creators and agencies can actually act on.
What if my ad gets a low score — does that mean it won't work?
A low score identifies the specific signals dragging it down — not a verdict on the concept. An ad with a weak CTA energy score can be re-recorded in 20 minutes. That's the point: catching the fixable problems before you spend on media. Some high-ROAS ads break every acoustic rule and still convert due to audience fit. AdZhi tells you what the creative signals say. You decide what to do with that.
What if my ad is rejected or can't be analysed?
Ads fail to analyse in two scenarios: the audio track is inaudible or missing, or the file is corrupt. We'll tell you exactly why and you can resubmit. That analysis doesn't count against your monthly quota. Files must be under 100 MB and in a supported format (.mp4, .mov, .mkv, .mp3, .wav, .m4a) or a YouTube URL.
Do I need to connect a Meta or TikTok account to use this?
No. Upload files directly or paste a YouTube URL — no platform connection needed. Meta and TikTok connections are optional and available on paid plans. They let you pull your full creative library and correlate scores with real ROAS and CTR data.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Your analyses pause until the next billing cycle resets your count. You can upgrade or buy a top-up pack instantly from your account. Unused analyses don't roll over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Your analysis history is retained for 12 months after cancellation so you can export it.
